The first way to do this is specifically for Microsoft Outlook users. Unfortunately, this trick does not work in Gmail at this time.
Although Outlook does not support an email template feature, they do allow multiple signatures. In order to use this trick, you will set up multiple signatures with a full email written out inside. When you open an email to send to your lead, you simply switch the signature to your “template”, change the name and subject line and send off your personalized email!
