Nurturing your leads is all about following up with your sales leads. Over 80% of all sales are made between the 5th and 12th contact with a prospect, and only 10% of all salespeople achieve these 5 or more contacts.

The first way to do this is specifically for Microsoft Outlook users. Unfortunately, this trick does not work in Gmail at this time.

Although Outlook does not support an email template feature, they do allow multiple signatures. In order to use this trick, you will set up multiple signatures with a full email written out inside. When you open an email to send to your lead, you simply switch the signature to your “template”, change the name and subject line and send off your personalized email!
