  1. Scroll down to the Activities Feed under a Contact’s Profile
  2. Hit “Reply” to type your response or quickly select an email template

 

NOTE: You’ll have the ability to respond to emails directly from the Activities Feed only if your email is integrated with your Digsy AI account.
